In November I completed the Future Nordstrom Leaders Program, where I learned skills and the tools needed to successfully manage a business within Nordstrom.I learned how to effectively support the CM, help maintain counter productivity and profitability, and how to deliver effective feedback and coaching to further develop a MAC team. Attended the MAC Third Key and CMIT Training in August hosted by the AT&D Team.Have effectively communicated feedback throughout my time as Counter Manager In Training and have grown comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback.Began the Customer Outreach program in May 2016, and will continue to use this tool, as well as the TextStyle app with the team to properly stay in touch with customers.Took initiative with the Nordstrom "Personal Book" tool and taught it to the entire team.Students join us from all over the world to take our programs. We are a highly recognized international makeup academy with makeup and hairstyling for makeup artist classes that allow makeup artists to excel in various MUA industries. Helped plan for the upcoming months and set goals that were achievable for the entire team.
